I think I may have pin pointed the major flaw in my action up to this point. I feel like I am taking it back correctly - reverse roll, belly roll, sling.....  but as I was coming into the ball I was loosing my spine angle. I was just watching the docf overview and review, and I need to get my right shoulder to move out toward the ball a bit and maintain flexion through impact. Tennis fore hand imagery, then swing the handle down the left axis. I have the high rights right now and I believe this should get me back to the ball correctly. Hopes up for tomorrow, we'll see. Over all up to this point I feel like I am making progress, but I haven't got all the pieces in place yet. I have gotten over frustration on the range by stepping back and telling myself something is just out of position, and figure it out and not beating my head against the same wall over and over again, thinking I am not able to do it. It is not really about ability as much as it is  being in position to hit. I  have not found the correct position to hit, but I'm getting close. After all this is said and done I am going to outline my progression and put together an "order of operations"  of how to approach this method from grip to finish. Alot of the issues I am dealing with are the getting all the facts in order.
