Graeme McDowell was born July 30, 1979. He is best known for winning the 2010 US Open at Pebble Beach. He came close to capturing his second US Open title in 2012, finishing just one shot back of Webb Simpson.
McDowell attended college at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He was recognized as one of the top collegiate golfers while at UAB, and was a part of the winning UK Walker Cup team in 2001.
Although McDowell's only PGA Tour win was the US Open victory, he also has several more wins around the world golf tours, including a victory at Tiger Woods' tournament in 2010, the Chevron World Challenge.
