  • Cameraman and Casey. Re: Mike Maves added a new comment on the "Talking With The King" - Episode #528, Arnold Palmer in The Vault Hey Kevin, We all have that special ability to have access here at SITD right at our finger tips with Mr. Burke. I would hope we all understand that it is a chance of a lifetime to be blessed to have a gentlemen and legend that unselfishly shares his wisdom with humble grace. He generously donates his time, so that we gain first hand account and insight into a world that will be one day will be sadly lost to us all. It is that poignant. There is not another website or sport with such a rich history that you can directly interact with, not only with Mr.Burke, but Mr. Elkington, Mr. McCarron, and many other PGA stars. We also have many gifted teachers and other members that have an ability to add specialized components, that is a gift to us all.

  • Cameraman and Casey. From the East Oregan site: Two groups earlier, McCarron gave the tournament a signature moment at the 18th, a 515-yard par-5. McCarron hit his second shot in the left greenside bunker, then splashed out and watched the ball roll into the hole for an eagle, his team’s third of the day.

  • Cameraman and Casey. Mike I have been looking for that video for two weeks. I have a number of slow motion videos and was thinking about exactly what we were talking about. I will post a few up. I am curious about everyones opinion is on the millions of video swing analysis golfers pay a lot of money for and trust the visual answers. In reality they are percieving only an ocular protrayal of the very same optical dynamics at play. Are they? That was so insightful mike. I bet very few people every caught on to that. What it really important is like you said, . How does anyone incorparate that when they are only getting an ocular view of their swing....

  • Cameraman and Casey. Elk is now officially addicted to twitter. Elk on twitter does not hold as much back as he does here. If someone pulls his chain it takes Elk less than 130 letters to make him seek proffessional help. His high intelligence and the use of his Aussie/American vocabulary make for tweets and conversations and especially his Jim Rome interviews, which Rome calls him the #1 all time interview. It is something to not only follow but interact with all the people you have whatched and admire. Most are on at some point., and they do respond to tweets. Twitter is so much more than I ever imagined it could be. FOLLOW STEVE ELKINGTON ON TWITTER, HE IS elkpga TRUST ME YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED JUST LISTEN HERE AT THE DIRT FOR LATEST INTERVIEW ON ROME THEN JOIN TWITTER AND COME BACK AND KEEP EVERYONE ELSE AT THE DIRT UP-YO-DATE. cameraman
