Mike turned me on to one of the best things that I've experimented with so far. I used to screw my right foot so far into the ground that my knee started hurting. Don't do that! Better to put most of your weight on the left ball of your right foot and bend the right knee so you feel it more so. Leverage against the grounbd is key!

"The Move".........Is by far the best bio-mechanical action I've ever been introduced to in the game of golf. It takes "coil/uncoil" to a level that controls my entire swing. Focusing on the rear foot/leg/hip/ coil/uncoil has taken my hands/shoulders out of the drivers seat and put them in the passenger seat, where they can just "enjoy the ride"......As the proximal muscles (which are slower and smoother AND more powerful) are controling not only the tempo, but the rate/speed in transition/overlap.

"The Move" workes on the principle of "closed chain articulation". Meaning the most distal part (the foot) is anchored, and the proximal part (the hips) are "free-wheeling". So....Just like when you "push back to go forward".......When you twist right (RH'r) at the foot, your hips GO left in rotation......Because your foot can't move.....It's anchored....So the free wheeling part (hips) react to the twisting force by moving in the opposite direction.....There is no doubt in my mind......THE SECRET IS IN THE DIRT.....And when you "get it"......You'll know how this guy rotates his hips......On ONE LEG......
